Balanced Therapy contracts with home health and hospice agencies in Oklahoma. We provide therapists and social workers that can perform services in your home, independent living facility, or assisted living facility. Our clinicians cover the metro OKC area and surrounding areas. These surrounding areas include Guthrie, Shawnee, Pauls Valley, El Reno, and everywhere in between.

Balanced Therapy was established in 2008 and is owned and operated by Keri Crutchfield, PT. She is a 1991 graduate of the University of Oklahoma. Keri has 35 years of experience in the home health industry, both on the administrative and clinical side. She is very knowledgeable about Medicare regulations and guidelines as well as those required by various insurance companies.
